Server Maintenance
Good Afternoon,
Unique-Host will be switching over to brand new servers Tuesday, May 6th 2008. Clients may experience short down times during this process. Unique-Host will also be switching Billing/Support Systems! During this process you may experience a welcome message, and Invoices. Please keep in mind we are adapting to the new system and will make sure everything is normal by the end of the day. Domain names will experience a little down time due to DNS IP Address changes. We will be changing the IP Address connected to our DNS servers so therefore you don't have to change a thing. So please just sit back, relax and we apologize for the future downtime; that is if we experience any!
P.S You will receive a email once the server and system switch is completed with details on if you indeed have a unpaid invoice, details on the server switch, etc. If you have any Questions/Concerns, Please contact Support@Unique-Host.net by emailing them or visiting http://unique-host.net/billing/submitticket.php before noon May 6th (Only because support system will be down after noon tomorrow).
